CFAA and the rental housing industry are set to speak to key Members of Parliament. The so-called “financialization” of housing is a hot issue, which could lead to changes in financing, rent control and landlord-tenant rules, many of which would be detrimental to rental housing providers of all sizes, and reduce rental housing supply.
