Regardless of the Federal election results, major obstacles confronting the housing crisis exist because of Provincial and Municipal realities. The city of Toronto voted to freeze DC charges, build more low and mid rise housing and the Federal government might be able to kick start with taxes. But recent history shows us government policies might be too much and too late.
