In 1991, Rikos founder Wolfgang Osada – a German engineer – was at the forefront of engineers searching for a non-evasive, non-destructive solution to costly pinhole leaks in domestic hot water systems. That’s when he acquired an innovative epoxy pipe lining technology that would become the Rikos solution.

More than 100 success stories later, Rikos remains steadfast in its belief that pipe lining is the most minimally-invasive, longest-lasting solution to pinhole leaks. Today, Rikos has expanded to offer an array of engineering solutions with the welcome addition of electrical engineer Dr. Glenn Allen PhD, P.Eng. Rikos offers an industry-leading solution to overpowered, oversized booster pumps in domestic hot water systems and is paving the way with on-site natural gas power generators.
