It appears that the province of Ontario, for the first time in 40 years may be dethroned as the capital for building housing in Canada. The province of Alberta is well on its way to doing so, not only by percentage but by actual numbers. But as the Alberta apartment supply increases, one of Canada’s top apartment leaders foreshadows future problems if a number of issues aren’t addressed.
