Canada’s biggest investors are looking to the Fall Federal Budget for reasons to invest in Canadian real estate. As ministers travel, speaking to Canadian corporate leaders in order to evaluate and go over comments and criticisms for the upcoming budget, it appears the feedback from these meetings is stressing the need for less government rules and greater ease for investing with a more open investment strategy, which the government needs to address.
